Mitigating Bias in Recruitment
Course Introduction
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (‘DEI’) has never been higher on the business agenda. While organisations appreciate that DEI is both a moral and a business imperative and key to their future success, and many candidates now place diversity at the top of their list when evaluating potential employers, barriers still stand in the way of attracting and hiring diverse talent.
To make meaningful change, it is crucial to address bias, both in our people and our processes. To transform their approach to hiring, recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers need awareness and practical skills and approaches.
