Course Introduction
The menopause is a natural part of aging. But while physical and psychological impacts of the menopause often impact our experience at work, many colleagues find the topic difficult to talk about.
What will participants learn?
This workshop provides key insights on the menopause and perimenopause. We explore the impact of the menopause in the workplace and the steps that colleagues and managers can take to create a menopause-friendly workplace.
This workshop is relevant to all colleagues, of any seniority.

Understand menopause and perimenopause, medically and in lived experience
Understand terminology and language
Increase their awareness of the ways people can contribute to menopause inclusion at work
