Ever felt that other people have an exaggerated view of your abilities - or that you will be exposed as a fraud? Imposter Syndrome affects many of us and can lead to self-doubt,guilt and anxiety. But there are strategies each of us can introduce to overcome Imposter Syndrome.

This session will help you to understand the concept of Imposter Syndrome and to consider what triggers our sense of Imposter Syndrome in the workplace and the steps you can take to overcome it.
