Data Driven DEI Strategy Workshop
Course Introduction
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a strategic business priority for many organisations.Yet it can be a challenge to get to the heart of the issues holding diverse talent back.Adopting a data driven approach to formulating DEI strategy allows organisations to invest resources where they are most needed, by addressing disparities in opportunities and outcomes experienced by diverse applicants and employees.
Aimed at HR practitioners, HR systems analysts and DEI practitioners, this workshop will provide participants with the space to explore the benefits and also the broad range of complex considerations, of collecting diversity data and using it to inform DEI strategies.
We will discuss the core components of effective DEI strategies, including clarity of purpose, well defined goals and objectives that represent a roadmap for change.
What will participants learn?
Participants will develop an understanding of the key considerations for diversity data collection exercises and the potential to use diversity data to unlock their understanding of DEI challenges, barriers and opportunities. We will explore the evolving DEI landscape and the effectiveness of traditional DEI strategies. Participants will learn how to use qualitative and quantitative data to determine priorities, to measure impact and to drive accountability.
