Digital Inclusion
Course Introduction
Diversity and inclusion in an organisation’s online presence goes beyond visuals. Effective DEI practices require intentional thinking, research, understanding your team and audience, and assessing user experience accessibility. While most organisations have well-established diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, online communications often unconsciously exclude underrepresented groups or individuals. This workshop offers a step-by-step guide to adopting an inclusive digital strategy.
What will participants learn?
Participants will learn how to develop an inclusive approach to online content, across platforms and channels, drawing on some of the most up to date thinking in this space. You will learn practical tips to ensure that your online presence feels authentic and accessible to people, clients and customers. This workshop is relevant to marketing and communications practitioners and any individuals who create workplace online content.
