Anti-Harassment Workshop for all Colleagues
Course Introduction
When it comes to taking tangible steps to prevent and root out harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace, the stakes have never been higher. Failure to create a safe, respectful, fair and inclusive working environment opens significant talent, legal and reputational risks to organisations.
As employers prepare for the Worker Protection (Amendment of the Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 to come into force in October 2024, ensuring all staff are trained on how to spot and tackle harassment and sexual harassment, and how to prevent it in the first place, is a business imperative.
What will participants learn?
